adding the fork oil
Just replaced fork seals complete dissambly and cleaned and dried question is how exactly to add oil some YouTube videos show adding oil with no spring and pumping it to get air out some suggestions are to add spring then oil pump to get air out.or should I put back on bike really assemble everything with spring in and add 12 Oz of oil without the whole pumping to get air out and put the caps on and done plz help 1st time doing this

springs out , pump to get rid of air, collapse forks fully, measure air gap.
