a tad bit too much oil?

Just did my own first oil change at 700 miles. Followed the DIY and filled it up part way after I changed out the filter and drained all the old oil, started it up, let it sit a few min, then saw it was only about half way filled, so I added a bit more. I have a big 4L container of oil, and I used close to 2L without realizing it. When the bike is level and cooled, the oil is just above the F line. I still see air in the viewing glass, but I am a little concerned it is too high.

Should I leave it or siphon some out?

As long as you can see a bubble of air then you are fine and I would just leave it as is.
