NINJA 250R led trouble!!

i have an 09 ninja 250r and have LED indicators on the front and have installed an all in one LED break/indicator light on the rear. i have conected it all up as everyone else with the new relay BUT when i indicate left or right the orange LEDs light up and flash but at the same time the oposite red LEDs go out(so only orange LEDs are on and no red lights).

PLEASE HELP

the flash rate is ok just the red lights on the oposite side of indication also turn off??

i was haveing a similar problem when i turned either the left or right say tje left the right would also blink i been surfing the web and ask the same questin here and i found out u need to do a diode mod here is the link from the web site http://www.ninjette.org/forums/showt...ighlight=diode or u can do what i did went to the local shop and order the part

if the link dosent work u can go to search type in TURN SIGNAL PROBLEMS its either the 2nd or 3re one down and the post is called "Wiring a DIODE for 4 L.E.D turn signals".
