Hey guys,
I've been following this site for awhile, been working in my bike thought I'd finally sign up. I just bought an 09 Ninja 250r. It ran fine for the first couple weeks then starting having revving issues. Took apart the carbs to clean it and the diaphragm valve slider thing is ripped. Whoever put the dynojets in it screwed that up I think. Anyways, new parts are in the mail, dang expensive for a little rubber piece but such is life!

Welcome George!

Good luck with your carbs, those diaphragms are pricey. Almost better to buy a used set of carbs.

Yeah but think how expensive it can get if you don't use the rubber.

That's what you get for spreading those legs, and riding it till you run dry
