My friend Jay died on Monday

It's been devastating to me. I wanted to share this with you and (eventhough you have no reason to) respectfully ask that you share this with others. I want as many people in the world to know how truly awesome he was.

He was one of the absolute best best best persons in the world. Here are a couple of links that will give you some idea of who he is.

I haven't been on MW in years. I knew just about every single person on there. I vaguely remember him. Like I said, it has been years. I think the last time I surfed there full time was around 2004-2005. So yeah, it has been a while.

His fiancee is not well, not at all. I was with her family yesterday but have not seen her yet. I will tomorrow at 12pm in Brea, CA at the funeral. That thread was indicitive of who he was--open. His life was an open book. He invited you in during a time where governments and others are trying to force their way in. Isn't that beautiful?

I appreciate your words. Friends and family are telling me, "he would want you to be happy and celebrate his life." I agree. But I can't help but feel absolutely devastated. There is so much I wanted to tell him and show him. I wanted to show him my new R6 and my new engine in my car. I was suppose to take him out to lunch...so much. I still want to call him because it's not real to me, his death. It's surreal. And, difficult.

Thank you and everyone for your thoughts and prayers. It's very helpful, especially to someone like me (I have never made anything like this public). I'm a private person, but people must know who he was and how he lived.

Maybe we can all learn something. How to treat eachother, online and offline. I don't know.

Well i don't know this guy and don't know what happened to him but death of a close person is unexplainable. I read the post where he asked his gf to marry him, and gotto say that was really awesome. Well i hope he RIPs, and really feel the pain his family and espacially his fiance go through right now.
