H7
55W I never messed w/the kits, I just bought the bulbs. 100% these will work but hopefully there's somewhere else that's cheaper. http://www.ebay.com/itm/PHILIPS-4000...58c1ce&vxp=mtr http://www.mea.philips.com/c/motorbi...2972bvubw/prd/

a projector is a lens with a cutoff that makes it so you don't blind the **** out of the people in front of you when you use hids.

Best option so far for getting a projector installed, instructions are pretty clear and straight forward.
http://bkmoto.com/index.php?route=pr...&product_id=55 Please don't throw in HID bulbs without projectors...wut others have said Last futzed with by nealt; September 27th, 2012 at 12:43 PM. |

HID bulbs are not designed for standard reflectors. they make lots of scattered light that goes in all directions. projectors are designed for hid bulbs. do a google search

Projectors make a clean cut-off line and fill in everything underneath that line with light. You can then control the cut-off thingy with your high beam switch to give you "high" beams.
Basically, you can then control the output of the HID bulb so it doesn't accidentally blind people. |
