Bolt on bungee hooks, clean look, tough.

These are called "fairleads" and are made to keep ropes neat and tidy on sailboat rigging. Sold in pairs, I bought two pairs from West Marine for a total of $15.00. They're made from a really tough plastic. The arched hole is 7mm, and they have recessed mounting holes for allen bolts. Use fender washers under whatever you bolt them to for strength. They can be bolted through your bodywork or hard luggage, such as a topcase. Great for the new gen 250 and 300, as the crappy little hooks under the tail are badly positioned and are known for breaking off.

BTW: West Marine has retail stores around the country, and is a great source for motorcyclists. They carry lots of stuff we can use, and most are open 7 days a week. They carry metric hardware, GPS units, SPOT transponders, waterproof containers and travel bags, quality UV resistant rot proof bungees, nylon strapping and replacement snap buckles you can use on soft luggage, Yamalube synthetic two-stroke oil, etc. Their rain gear is of superb quality with elastic water tight neoprene cuffs, brightly colored for safety, and you can try them on before buying!

Thanks for the link, I might have to look into that since I'm using more nets and bungees lately.
