Brake and Clutch Lever Compatibility

I've done a search here to no avail so I'm asking here: Do the current generation brake and clutch levers fit the pre-gen Ninja?

I ask because I see plenty of aftermarket levers for sale and precious little for our pre-gens. I'd like to get some adjustable folders and put the originals in the spares box.

The ones in the pic are $38. I wound up paying $35 for one lever from a parts dealer at the track. Not complaining, I'm glad he was there or my day would have been done.

I stumbled on these on ebay and bought them. I'll post on my results when they arrive.

The new folding levers arrived today. Took 30 minutes to install. They seem like good quality.

So did you use levers off the newgen or not?

I seem to remember telling you once before that you could just swap perches.

Nope. All I did was install the new levers. I have an '01. Old gen. No reason to change perches. Quick, easy, cheap.

Would you happen to know the seller you bought them from? I like the additional width adjustment and I'm having a hard time finding the same style.
