New rider from MA, 06 Ninja 250

Hello everyone, I just got my first bike, an 06 Ninja 250, and my license (through the MSF of course)

I live in MA (Boston metro) and attached is a pic of the bike. I installed blue fairings on an originally black bike.

Welcome, here are just a few things to think about,

1.Get trained and licensed MSF Courses

2.ALWAYS Wear protective gear -- ATGATT All The Gear, All The Time -- including a helmet manufactured to the standards set by a government agency.

3.ALWAYS Ride unimpaired by alcohol or other drugs

4.ALWAYS Ride within your own skill limits

5.Be a lifelong learner by taking refresher rider courses, and advanced rider course A.R.C

Thanks for the tips Ghostt. I got my license through the local MSF class and I can't imagine anyone getting their license without it.

Nice roads in MA for cruising, although not too many canyons here lol

Hello form a fellow mass resident. You have stumbled on to the friendliest forum on the net! There are tons of threads on modifications, repairs and upgrades available along with a huge section on riding skills and even what gear protects you best and has a good price. We have a bunch of guys and girls from here going to 2 of the local race tracks several times a year, so when (and if) you are ready to try out the track, you can come out with us!
