Yeah I think it could be useful in a few instances. I have been thinking about picking up a project bike for maybe a track bike and sometimes it is hard to get a title with an older bike or frame and or an "offroad" declared vehicle even when buying used from a dealer.
But this route might make it possible to get a title even just for proof of ownership which is nice.
