2011-07-24 sunday - SOCAL: Palomar

hey folks, it sounds like we're going to hit up some of the more technical twisties near palomar this coming weekend... maybe just head to palomar itself this sunday depending on how crowded the scene is. all are welcome but if you aren't comfortable with tight twisties these roads are not to be played with... even if you are comfortable, they can bite you pretty hard. i believe kevin's heading down around 6:30 which means we'll be leaving north county around 8-8:30AMish and should get there around 9. palomar is usually filled to the brim with squids around this time so unless there's a strong desire to go specifically to palomar i'd rather hit up some of the lesser known twisties south of it. let me know what you guys think. hopefully y'all can make it out (i know its pretty short notice :-/) if we get a large group we'll probably split into a few sub groups depending...

we'll figure out meeting points once we know whos going.

they give free tickets to the game industry too but you have to request them by a certain date... i always forget to do it

I don't know... I might just still hit it up this weekend... I don't know that I'd be willing to ride the 2 hours just to get to the meetup for the Santa Barbara ride
