Sure it sucks, but when you have 1.3 billion in population, what's a few thousand deaths/injuries in traffic accident? less than 0.001%.

Heart diseases kill more than 600,000 Americans per year, that's nearly 2 deaths every minute in America.

Over there "traffic laws" are just suggestions, survival is the game, casualties are plenty.

It must be, cause from what I saw, a lot of them run red lights. Very few saw or did not want to see the vehicle coming. Helmets and gear.... definitely not required. I can imagine what other intersections with no light, lanes and crosswalks must look like. Total carnage on a daily basis.

I never thought I'd say this on this board, but **** you! A human being's life isn't a percentage to be scoffed at, no matter the cause of death.

I think it's more of an argument for better driver education and helmet laws. Some of those car & truck drivers seem like they not paying the slightest attention. The bike riders aren't much better.

Wow......I think at least half of those drivers / riders must be blind. There were multiple accidents in which the motorcycle rider ran into the cars, sometimes when they were stopped at a light. I think it was very disrespectful for someone to post that video publicly for obvious reasons although it is a very good reminder of the hazards we face on the road everyday.

Because no one obeys traffic signals their attention is divided EVERY WHICH WAY. When that happens, what is right in front of you often isn't your biggest concern.
