 Well, according to this LA Times story it is. At the end of the 18-race season, which just wrapped up in Perris, California, October 7, AFT says attendance was up 76%. Over 100,000 fans attended an American Flat Track event. That averages out to 5,555.5 people per event. A bunch more watched (delayed) races on NBCSN or tuned in on Fan’s Choice, and sponsorship dollars are twice what they were in 2016. Read the whole story here.
