Yep, that's why it's a scam. The scammer stole the images off of either another for sale ad, or just some random place on the internet. Then they get a US phone number that forwards to wherever they are. I bet if you call it, the person that answers will barely speak English, but will have a "friend" or other "notable company" do the transaction for you. But there is no actual bike. I don't know who actually falls for these things and pays for a bike without seeing it first. but that's the scam. They do it for apartments/houses for rent, too.
