Ninja 250r jetting question

I got a 08 ninja 250r with full exhaust and k&n pods install. Im looking to take my bike to the shop to install a dynojet kit. I called them and they said they can dial in the jet without putting the bike on a roller or riding it,is that true?

No. Every bike is different, you simply can't get the correct jetting without dyno or ride.

You're throwing money if you let them jet without a method of measurement.

It all depends on how well they know these bikes. If you have stock carb set up on your bike now jetting it with a dyno jet kit and their recommendations as far for the mods you have will make a big difference compared to what it is now. As far as making it the absolute best it can be you'll need a dyno.
