Any Eastern Suffolk County NY Long Islanders?
Hi folks, just joined not too long ago and been riding for about a month. Any eastern Suffolk County(Around Brookhaven) riders? Many seem inactive and looks like most NY riders are out west towards the city. I usually ride out east towards Riverhead, Orient Pt. and the Hamptons. Would be cool to link up and ride. Perhaps even be shown roads I dunno about. Anyone?

Yes checked. All those that are listed around my area all have been inactive for some time. Sigh...

I live out in the city but if I have time between classes, I'd be down to meet up. I'll let you know.

Tommy boy, no one wants to ride with you Suffolk County snobs.
You need to go to the city and ride in traffic. That's where the real fun is.

LOL. I hate riding in traffic and like riding the more open back roads more. Been riding with a buddy with a 600cc but that gets boring quick 'cause he will be miles down the road. Just thought it be cool to ride with a local fellow 250 rider.

As you go further east, obviously the roads are going to be less congested and nature begins to assume ownership in contrast to what the western side has to offer. It's nice especially some of the roads leading up to the Tanger outlet. I've yet to go further east though, never been to Montauk Point but I do have that planned soon. |
