Clutch and Break Lever suggestions
So I just purchased my bike around a month ago. I am looking to put new levers on it. Mainly looking at some adjustable ones. Currently my clutch lever has a lot of play in it. I think it will both look better and operate better if I replace them. Just wondering if anyone has an suggestions on some good nice quality ones.

Play back and forth like cable slack is ok and sometimes good
As far as levers I originally bought the cheap 2 way adjustable ebay levers and was really pleased with them for over a year. I think the place was http://shop.the2wheels.com/CNC-Exten...t-Kawasaki.htm If you want to spend and bit more then get Pazzo's or CRG levers. I like a shorty brake and a standard(long) clutch. With shorty clutch i can only get two or three finger on it so when I pull it all the way to bar it always pinches my pinky, but then maybe I'm a retard. |

I very recently bought these
http://www.ebay.com/itm/121113937598...84.m1439.l2649 at 26dollars you cant go wrong right? Havent had any problems with them at all, everything fit perfectly, no problems with installations. Sure asv's look better...but $120++ is absolutely ridiculous |

Clutch play
My clutch works fine it just has a lot of play like the cable is too long. Is that normal?

Try not to buy a break lever. Seems like it wouldn't work very well.

I don't know if they could be polished down & powdercoated, or would it end up interfering with their operation, @massacremasses may be able to chime in on that. Pazzo or ASV will stay whatever colour you pick, but at 10x the price for a full set it's your choice. |

No "break" lever for me.
Ya I was super tired last night when I posted that so my spelling was a little off. I definitely need a brake lever.

According to the manual there should be 2-3mm of clutch play. If you have more than that, you might need to adjust it.
Also, +1 for the2Wheels. I think CRGs are way overpriced for what you get. |

They both have alot less vertical movement than my stock ones, which i really like. they arent a really bright/Race red type of color. slightly darker which i also was hoping for. I really like them though. Have had 0 problems with them. the adjuster doesnt feel cheap/flimsly, a very nice loud click/lock when you go from one number to the next, no play in it at all. |

Cool. I can't wait to get them. It always seems to take forever when your waiting for new toys to be shipped to your house.

Yes they fade and quite bad after a year I might add but even my brembo superbike lever is turning a shade of purple at a certain angle. Also your correct in you can pull them apart and powder coat them, because that's what I did to an old CRG that was crashed and it looked good in black vs old crashed grey.
