What GoPro Video Resolution 2 Use?

So, I just picked up a GoPro 2 and I'm getting ready to use it this weekend at the track. Any recommendations on what resolution/fps settings to use would be great. What do you use? Thanks!

1080p all the time unless the camera is going to be panning very quickly and you want a higher framerate, then go with 720p @ 60fps

And if you want to do some really cool slo mo stuff, WVGA @ 120fps

Thanks Jiggles, I appreciate the info! Here I was going to start with 960 48fps.

And I know you're the king of slow mo!
