HB MGP Growler

Hey guys any information would be very helpful on this... I have added the MGP Growler slip-on to the bike. I was recently looking at Tyga's website and saw a set of race headers only $128. Would it be worth it to add this to get some more power?

lol

Adding a header will help with performance, but if you do that you will need to jet the bike. also you need to find out if the slip on you have now will fit onto the header. I belive a aftermarket header are a little bit bigger in size than oem piping. Your slip on is made to fit onto the oem pipe, but I may be wrong.

you'll have to pay someone to cut up your growler and modify it to make it work.

I would be willing to bet that it will only work with their muffler... A welder may be able to help fix it but it might be more work than its worth...

I would say ask them what the outside diameter of the pipe is... then measure the inside diameter of your growler, this will tell you how it will fit, I just went and looked at mine and the elbow that attaches it to the stock headers goes up to a larger diameter to fit the growler... you might be able to re-engineer it to work.
