Well I suspect the an optimal drop in RPMs on these no HP bikes is best. If it doesn't drop enough your slipping the clutch to long, if it drops to much then you dropped the clutch to fast or didn't pin the throttle at the right moment. If mine drops from 13k to 9k(that's 30%) then that's probably what you should shoot for. Also note that that video was my first ever race start on the bike, I never even did a practice run and when the flagger was slow my RPMs rose higher then normal. I'd say I normally start the bike around 10k but I could say for sure.

And don't forget to lean forward when you do it or else you'll pop a wheelie and it throws off your timing.
