Assume each woman needs to pee 4 times a day and that they can do their business in 30 seconds flat. That's 2 minutes a day of bathroom time, required, per person.

Assuming there are 4 hours each day where they are all asleep, that means there are 20 hours available for peeing (20 * 60 = 1200 minutes of peeing time!).

If there was one bathroom that would be a total of 1200 minutes of peeing capacity. There are 6, so combined, that's 7200 minutes of peeing capacity per day.

Each woman needs 2 minutes of peeing time per day, so that means there is enough capacity for 3600 women (7200 / 2).

All my numbers are very conservative and I have accounted for the lost peeing time resulting from maintenance of the bathrooms.

There are either more bathrooms, or the women there don't bother with bathrooms and just pee on the ground wherever they can. Personally I'd rather pee on the ground than use a bathroom that's shared with 100s of other women each day.

There's also the time taken post pee when women fold up a wad of at least 28 sheets of toilet tissue that they spooled off the roll to catch that single drip.
