Any vacations planned?

My wife wants to go on a cruise when I graduated college. So that is on the plate right now.

I want to go on a motorcycle vacation, but I can't since she doesn't like motorcycles. BOOOO. LOL Oh well.

Do any of you have plans this summer? If you've already gone, where did you go?

I went on an Alaskan cruise last summer with a friend. I wasn't sure if a cruise was my thing but I really enjoyed it.

This year, I do not like my current job and I'm looking for a new one, so I'm not planning anything major to save on cash. Maybe in August I might take a week off from the job to ride up north and visit my folks.

I got my second Master's in December, and the hubby got his BS in May, so we went on a cruise to Mexico and Honduras in April - have another one planned for next year for my birthday. If you go, Royal Caribbean is the way to go!

and check out cruisecritic.com great forums and lots of info about the ships, the ports, everything you would want to know and more

Lemme know when you plan on being in Orlando, maybe we could meet up sometime.

If I can afford it in August I plan on taking the bike up to meet my family in Myrtle Beach. Just have to wait and see how the finances go.

Yeah I'm debating on getting a Masters. I think I'll take some time off then kick in the masters program.

Next month we have paid for track day at Road Atlanta, and MotoGP the week after that @ Indy. Should be a nice month

Rumors have it, RA is canceled. Last e-mail I got Sunday, said all was well. We might just hit up the Gap if RA isnt gonna happen.

Tent camping for a couple of days at a time with the kids. They're 9, 3, and 2. Girl, boy, and boy. This should be interesting

I spent my vacation back home... California!
Well not just in one place of course. I flew into SJ, drove out to Folsom/Sacramento area, drove back to the San Jose, then back out to Carson City NV, via Benicia, then back into San Josa via Angels camp! And boy was I pooped but it was totally worth it!

Piccies?

Flower at Golden Gate Park

Parents in golden gate park

Butterfly in the Rainforest dome at the California Academy of Science

Looking up through the Amazon River in the Rainforest dome

Ticket car in Virginia City on the Fourth of July

And last one for now.. A panoramic of Lake Tahoe

I of course took Tons and tons of pictures so these are just a few.
