Anyone have mods planned in the near future?
I received my 15 tooth sprocket and digital water temp gauge in the mail this week. And the Fiamm freeway blaster horn should be here in the next few days. I'll prolly wait for the horn before I install the gauge so the fairing will only have to removed once. But the sprocket is going on this weekend! What are you planning on doing to your Ninjette soon?

Related thread here that should probably be bumped at some point; it was a good list of mods people had going on with their ninjettes.

Next week, I plan on relocating my rear brake reservoir, change out my foot pegs for my passanger ones, start preping my wheels so I can start polishing them, and last, just clean the bike. It has a lot of dust on her

I also want to get: -Rear Fender Eliminator -Double Bubble Windscreen -Rear Tire Hugger -Rear Seat Cowl BTW, does anyone have any experience dealing with Projekt D here in the States or at least heard anything about them? I am thinking about ordering some of the above listed stuff through them.

I have some plans to setup my Ninja for E Supertock racing. With the wedding coming up though that will probably be a slow process. Main reason why I went ahead and picked the savage up for street riding.
So I guess down the road Im looking at -Race glass -woodcraft rearset -BRT-TIS -Full Exhaust (looking at either Area P or the new Sportisi exhaust) -I do need better Race gloves, boots and probably a scorpion exo 700 helmet. -braided brake lines for front at least. -steering damper (required by WERA last time I checked) -Tires of course Luckily since I'm so light the stock suspension is pretty stiff for me already so I will probably just keep it as is until I can pinpoint where I need some more dampening etc....

I believe they are Morimoto, but I purchased them off Ebay for $30 less than the ones on TRFS. No brand name given, but I doubt there are many being produced of the same exact design. Just to give some info that I've found: The stock headlight is sealed with silicone, not the usual Butyl rubber common in other headlights. I'm going to be using 3M windo-weld to reseal mine. It's a urethane sealant used in most window replacements.

Tomorrow Im going to try out the advanced map on the BRT TIS. This weekend Im going to sand and repaint my left fairing because it came out awful and I didn't have time to redo it before school started (right side looks quite good, but the left side literally looks like textured drywall, lol). I might then touch up a few spots that got nicked before the paint cured, and then I might also swap out the main jets for 112, just to see.

Just Pazzo Levers I think.
I have a Lime Green 2010. My helmet's red/black and I got a Icon Contra Slate so the ICON is red. I was thinking of getting the Red Lever with Green Tab. Still not too sure if i wanna go long or short though. I'm trying to get used to four finger break/clutch because it's 'safer' but I'm really more comfortable with 2 fingers o.O oh, and RAM mount for a GPS/iPhone lol. No fender eliminators for me! |

I've got too much stuff I want to do to my bike.
First thing is getting it painted. Bikemonkey integrated taillight + proton flushmounts Jet kit Hugger Pazzo levers Club 517 rearsets New bar ends and grips And last but not least, my wheel trim kit. Most of the stuff hasn't arrived yet, but it's really cold in Pa right now anyway. |

Already did my k&n r0990 and Factory pro jet kit this winter. Took it for a ride yesterday, it was 32 degrees lol. Gonna end up doing an exhaust too before spring.
