Regardless of the speed of whichever bike (with the same displacement) has, welcome aboard! Just look around and I'm sure you'll find plenty of info. If not, ask! Someone here has the answer (even though it probably isn't me!).

Hey Lurkable!
The 125 was a great bike to start riding with!
I originally wanted the 250 but by the time I went to the dealers they were all sold out last year!
So I grabbed a used 125 to play around with and learn.
Unfortunately I am vertically challenged (5'2") so I could only sit on the 125 & 250 and have both feet touch ground!
Otherwise I would have prob upgraded to a bigger bike!

Welcome! I'm 5'2 also and my boots really help with the flat footing issue... although when I'm riding I don't need to have my feet on the ground! hehe I can't wait to see pics of your baby!!

Yeah I got the Icon Bombshell boots! They really help!
Just sucks cuz it makes it hard for me to reverse bike when my feet are not flat footed....sometimes I have to get off bike and walk it back esp. if it is on a downhill slant!

It's not the shift lever, it's the heel. The feel of a 3 inch high heeled boot is uncomfortable for me.
