1. Speedometer
2. Trip meter

Redline on that one is low. Your bike will rev to 13,500 rpm. That tach goes to 11.

Koso does make a model that goes high enough for the 250 though. Someone installed one on a pregen street fighter. I don't remember who atm though. I'll post it up here for you if I find it.

EDIT: your other option is to spruce up the existing gauges a little bit. I just bought white gauge faces for mine. They're going to look great when I install them. I also am running green LED's behind them so they light up green at night instead of the typical incandescent whitish yellow.

My former ninja with a universal gauge. It had connections for everything on the pregens. It wasn't much more attractive save for blue LED backlighting and a digital bar tach that was readable in daylight.

You better post a thread on switching them out. The fact that there calibarted a little closer to actual speed makes me interested. Don't know if the hassle would be worth it though. Be nice to see how the 300 gauges fit in the NewGen... just thinking

The manufacturer of the gauge was Acewell, distributed by Electrosport. I had thought the company had packed up, but they are still being sold through some online distributors. The Google Search Results for "Acewell gauges" should be useful.
