of course!I walked around in Camden one time (horrible, horrible decision, I knew better), and watched a gang rip around town on about 20 4-wheelers. I was petrified. The 3 or 4 other drug dealers that approached me asking me if I needed something didn't help. I couldn't get into a secure building fast enough.

Stuff like this isn't harmless just because they don't hurt anyone. It's intimidating to have a large group of non-law abiding citizens terrorizing a street. It casts fear into everyone else on that street, and that fear doesn't' dissipate when the group goes away. People continue associating motorcyclists who look the same with that act.

Obviously you haven't been to Baltimore, the 12 O'clock boyz have been around for a while now. biggest difference that I see is that these guys at least have the sense to wear helmets.

I go to Baltimore all the time. I've seen the videos from the bike crazies there. I usually eat and get out of town as fast as I can.

The real crazies in B-more aren't on bikes though, some neighborhoods are fine but things can go to **** pretty quickly block to block.

They should be dealt with , and dealt with very seriously .

The one man runs his bike into two Parker cars an then leaves.

If people are allowed to behave outside of the law without being accountable for their actions they will escalate and feel entitled.

The police should wait . The next time they show up police should string a few cables across the street to prevent their fleeing and press charges on these people for gang activities as well as any other charges that they can fit in. Impound their bikes. Problem solved.

I am usually an advocate for harmless fun and I dislike the law and those who enforce it . But worse things will come as behavior like this is allowed to persist.

Go find an abandoned parking lot and quit acting like thugs.

Ugh.
