Humm/Hiss/Vibration at 9K AND Chain tightness

I have about 2k miles on a 2009 Ninja. 15/45 sprockets, kleen air removed, jetted, K&N air filter, and snorkel removed.

Now when I accelerate in all gears there is a humming/hiss which seems to be coming from under the tank. (not the tank whistle)

Could this be the air being sucked into the engine where the snorkel used to be or the kleen air system? I dont want this to be something major with the engine itself and thought some one might have a clue.

Also the entire bike vibrates a little to much at this speed. Should I tighten the chain? I just lubed the chain and saw that the tire was lined at the second hash on the rear bars and wanted to know everyone's opinion on that length.
