Yeah I see it. But it's a flyer so that doesn't mean that that is a picture of the exact truck that is coming, or maybe 2 trucks will be there. Secondly don't u now own a cruiser? What is wrong with cruisers?

Speaking of fine print read the humorous fine print at the Bottom. 21 and up to ride R1; R6; VMAX. All other 18 and up. In Florida must be 21 to demo. I think the first part of that can go away then can't it? LoL

When did I say there was anything wrong with cruisers? I was just pointing out that it's the Star Motorcycle demo truck which would mean the main focus would be the Yamaha/Star cruisers. It would seem that they threw in a few sport bikes as well fer ya darn whipper snappers.

Got a new job starting in a couple of weeks. It's at a bank so I'll have weekends either off or out early like 12. So I'll hopefully be able to start going to more meet ups. x-)

I may or may not make it to the meet up tonight. I'm going to try and make it, but it depends on if I can get in a nap during the day, as I have a 0100-0500 (1-5am) 'Friday' morning.
If I can get in a nap during the day, I'll be at meet up. If not, I'll be at home sleeping.

So I want to hit up Daytona on Wednesday and Thursday. Plan on heading out early to get there early and sign up for test rides. Probably leaving my place at 0700ish. Anybody want to join me either of those two days or both? Also plan to go to the IMS on Saturday, probably leaving for that at around 0900.

You have no idea how much I want to join you on that after this past weekend getting ruined by the f***ing rain. However, I have to save up my vacation time atm in order to have enough in June for a cruise with my family that my dad is taking us on. I didn't go up Friday or Sunday because of the rain. On Saturday I went up kinda late (that alone annoyed me towards myself) and got as far De Land before encountering rain. Then it was just on/off rain the rest of the day until I was south of De Land again. Needless to say, I got wet and it ruined my time there as many stands closed early and other things got canceled.

I'll be heading up again on Saturday at like 0700ish to try and get in on some demo's before some of them end (Kawasaki is only doing demo's until 1200 on Saturday).

Both of those places are good to go to for that. And what happened that you need that sort of service?

I say get some estimates from a few places if possible. And as long as it's just mainly all cosmetic damage and nothing wrong with the frame or forks look into doing the repairs on your own. If your insurance allows you to submit the estimates and pays you directly I would do that. You can ten either find a decent set of used fairings much cheaper or just buy new OEM ones from the dealer. If your insurance does allow you to do it that way you will then be able to save what te shop(s) quotes you for labor.

Uhhh, you do realize that you are in Northern Florida while we are all in Central Florida right? Most of us are in the Orlando area which is a good ~140miles from where you guys are. You're welcome to come down anytime of course, just making sure you know how far apart we are.
