I just rode the route. Got lost, but I know what I did wrong. Should be a good ride

I'll be there early to get a cup of coffee and something to eat.

Ditto sikuss, kamikaze squirrels!

Video from today, riding parts are at 2x speed.

Next time I'll turn the camera around so there is actually something to look at. Also my 32GB card arrived today so we have more than an hour of film time to work with.

You guys still down for covered bridges? It's more of a fun run than anything else. If so let me know and I'll start planning it.

Also post up your routes or events and I'll link them accordingly.

Back to our conversation during lunch. Some interest in track days were mentioned. Would anyone be interested in taking an ARC?

Definitely down for the covered bridge run. You inspired me to pick up one of the contour cameras, so maybe we'll have some more footage to work with next time.

When you say ARC, are you referring to the MSF ERC: http://www.webbikeworld.com/motorcyc...-rider-course/ or the TC ARC: http://www.tonystrackdays.com/catego...j-schedule.htm

http://www.webbikeworld.com/motorcyc...ing-clinic.htm

The reviews make it seem like ARC is a better (i.e. more fun) course.

Does anyone have an oil change coming up?

My 7500 mile service is coming up and I would like to do it myself. If anyone has the tools and the know how I'll bring the oil and filters

What's included in the service? The oil and filter are a breeze.

I'll take point for some of the ride -- as always I'll have the phone w/ TomTom and my headphones, let's just hope the hunk of junk actually gives directions!

Also, I'm going to bring the contour along to test it out.

Thanks sikuss, you'll take the second leg of the journey after our break at bridge #3. The tough part about this trip is that it's not all point to point; sometimes you have to go a round about way to get to a bridge.

http://goo.gl/zoRQz

Here are some directions I made up that you can tape to your tank if you like, your part is page two. Basically the format is, "TURN - ROAD (Note/Landmark)".

I removed my Puig double-bubble and reinstalled the stock windscreen. If any of you guys wants it you can take it for free; otherwise I'll post it up in the for sale forum.

I'd gladly use it. Just name your price, I can't take it for free! Why'd you go back to stock? Just curious.
