So i am starting to mod my bike and i just dont know exactly what i can do to it. I have already ordered a seat cowl and some rim tape. Im looking to get a green windscreen next but what else is possible to change aesthetically? I like my fender so i do not want to eliminate it.

I'm sure Alex will move this to the proper forum. No harm, no foul.
Bags actually go in the newly made "Cargo Space" forum. Old Lemon there are plenty of fun farkles to spruce up your bike; things like integrated tail lights, flushmount turn signals, colorful levers, grips, vinyls etc. There's also plenty of stuff from Thailand that looks sweet. You might want to check out http://sportisimotorsport.us/ for some ideas/farkles for your ninjette. |

Bikers has a lot of aesthetic aftermarket pieces... check out listing here
http://www.bikers.co.th/accessories/...p=2&modelid=29 You can pick up Bikers pieces and other odds and ends from the US distributor for Sportisi -- http://sportisimotorsport.us or contacting him on ninjette @samw .. He may be able to place an order for a product you don't see on his site... there's also a bunch of other cool stuff on the site if you check it out.... HID projectors coming soon (drool), dual exhaust, etc. |

Cool thanks for the references. A few days ago i accidently bought a motomarts rear seat cowl off ebay. (i went to buy it now and a couple pages farther i noticed it was from china, the last thing i ordered from china didnt even make it to me) but by then it was too late and i had to pay for it. http://www.ebay.com/itm/320884880003...84.m1497.l2649 is what i bought. Has anyone bought a cowl from these guys before? I hope its not a piece of junk

From their ebay feedback, it looks like chances are pretty good that the cowl will be decent.
I just bought a cowl from Hong Kong via ebay seller ezmoto. Only $40 shipped so I'm rolling the dice too. |

bikers has some crazy pieces, as does another site I found and posted up here in farkles like a year ago, for some insane costly carbon fiber bits like a carbon belly pan, tank extender, front and rear huggers/fenders etc.
I'd have to look for a while to find it, but I definitely posted abot it like a year ago when I joined. |

Being green it should be a lot less noticeable and I've bought a number of things from China with no problems, almost everything these days is made there after all. |

yeah, unlike most facets of life though, a 250cc sport bike is a huge badass concept in areas like thailand and china. In the US... it's regarded as a toy and has limited aftermarket support comparatively lol so some of the best products can be fromthose areas. I understand what you're saying with preferring to deal with a US distributor of foreign goods though to avoid scams and hassles.

Hey guys, thought i would give an update on my farkles.
I did some green reflective rim tape for about 13 dollars off ebay. I most certainly did not do a great job, there are a few lengths that go straight and what not but for my first time i am satisfied. And then i got the seat cowl from ebay for 45 dollars and like 99% of the people who also get a cowl, it didnt fit right. So in another thread someone mentioned a 31/32 x 1/2 rubber grommet and that fixed the whole thing. Barely moves at all. But the color is slightly lighter than the buy. But it was only 45 bucks so i would say its pretty good. On a side note; i was riding today and i went to down shift and when i tapped the shifter it went limp. the bolt that secures it to the bike fell out. I was able to find the bolt in the road and put it back in since i was not far from a friends house. So does anyone know what the bolt is called and the dimensions of it just incase i cant find it if it does fall out again? Edit: And i am looking for a camera to put on my bike and or helmet just incase something crazy happens. Anyone have any suggestions? Im looking for something pretty cheap like below 100$ |
