[faster and faster] - 2015 MV Agusta Stradale 800 unveiled at the EICMA


The new MV Agusta Stradale 800 is a Rivale that's been softened a bit and optimised for touring...

When is an MV Agusta Rivale 800, a Stradale 800? When it gets a 30mm longer wheelbase, a longer swingarm, a revised riding position with 10mm lower seat height, an adjustable plexiglass windscreen, bigger fuel tank and two side panniers as standard. Yes, MV have optimised the Rivale 800 for touring, and the result is the 2015 Stradale 800, which is powered by the same 798cc three-cylinder engine, which has been retuned to produce 115bhp. That’s 10bhp less than the Rivale 800 but, hey, the touring guys don’t need to go as fast as the sportsbike dudes, right?

The 2015 MV Agusta Stradale 800 is priced at €13,990 and available colour schemes include red/silver, white/gray, bronze/white.
