Post your local brews thread!
Saw this on an other forum, thought it'd be cool to see the local brews of forum members, since there are members all over.
I'll start off with two of my local favorites Mill Street brewery here is pretty amazing, one of the only porters I like. and then there is this stuff if you are into blonds. Beau's, it is pretty good |

Not local to me, but when I was on the east coast last week, tried some beer from:

Micro breweries have been on the rise. Surprised this thread didn't get any responses from others.

Yards is / was a Philly brewery. Somehow the owners split up and one took the brewery name and recipes, the other took the brewery or something like that. Not sure exactly where Yards is made now, but their Tavern Porter is fabulous! It's part of a series of beers called "Ales of the Revolution". The porter is supposed to be based on a recipe that George Washington frequently used.

Mayfield Brewing Iconoclast Nocturna was the best stout I've ever tasted. That says a lot, as I only drink porters & stouts. Seems like they're not around anymore though. Shame.
