Spark plug coil BROKEN?!?

Hello group I need your help urgently, I was changing the spark plugs and when trying to remove wire, it broke but you only see that the rubber was broken, attached images, is it still useful or do I need to buy another one?
Also i checked inside the coil had this green thing, that is how need to be or i need to remove that green thing?

Can i put any replacement or I need a OEM?

I ask just broke the wire going to the coils, just happened to me yesterday, found this post

Be sure to pull plug wires in-line with spark-plug axis. That would be angled up towards front rather than vertically. Sometimes, it's easier and safer to drain and remove radiator so you can reach in from front and pul! plug wires off towards front.

This might be a dumb question, but if I wanted to replace the wires for the coil, could I use 8AWG THHN copper electrical wire?

Coil wire for cylinder #2 has got some corrosion going on inside, snipped the wire till no more corrosion (about an inch).

If you're talking about red/black or red/green ground & trigger wires for coil, 8awg is way overkill. Use something that's similar to original size.

If you're talking about high-tension spark-plug wires, 8awg won't work. Spark-plug wires typically have thin carbon-fibre "wire" in centre with thick insulation on outside that can withstand +50k-volts. I usually buy it in bulk for bike & auto projects:
