250 camshafts

I'm looking for data on Ninja 250R cams, pretty hard to find. Our bike is 2009 FI.

-Is the inlet cam higher lift/duration than the exhaust? By what amount? I read this somewhere. Apparently they are interchangeable?

-Do earlier generation motors have more lift/degrees? Atleast they make more power. Do they fit on a 2008-12 engine?

-How much can a stock cam be ground before one runs in to issues with valve adjustment (decreasing base circle)?
I have browsed through various topics here but solid numbers are eluding me.

Merge/delete/lock/ban if it's been discussed.
