First day back in the Box. Got my WOD in and it felt good to have that normal schedule back on.

I am a member of Planet Fitness and although the Governor allowed gyms to open, they decided to stay closed. I don’t like it because I want get back to working out I truly respect their decision to put safety over profit.

Ever try Crossfit or F45? Might be a good time to try something new.

Neither have traditional machines. The equipment is easy to clean and all workouts are in a "class". Risk of injury and illness is lower than traditional gyms. It is worth the extra money.

A good workout is Murph. 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 pushups, 300 air squats, 1 mile run.
Instead of pull-ups (if no bars are available) is a dumbbell renegade row or lay under a table and pull-up.

Did my first MURPH this weekend. Did it proper 1-100-200-300-1 consecutive and hit my target time of under 50 min (49:52). It was absolutely brutal though. My arms are still killing me.

Last year I did 1\2 murph. I was not ready for this year, so I am waiting until later in the year.

My local gym opened back up in full. Loud music and clanging iron, my stress breaker.

Today, I conquered six miles on the beach. Tomorrow's plan includes a rigorous free-weight routine—three sets, increasing reps. Maintaining peak fitness feels like having cheat codes for lifeб everything becomes easier.
