I'm a little inspired to make one of these for the oil passages since my engine still is sitting in my room. Don't hold your breath.

Great stuff! Cleaning a carb is more than just clearing the jets and wiping the bowls.

I have found when I pull and clean any carb I have a little tip.. I use a needle (the one used for inflating footballs and basketballs) I put it in the end of my blower nozzle and use that to blast air in anything that resembles a passage ... Also good for cleaning out the pilot and main jet as well

What do the holes in the diaphrams do? Which direction should the holes at the bottom face?

I think you mean the plastic thing that it attached to the diaphragm. It only goes one way so you can't mix it up.
