Well I heard rumor they plan on keeping a few of the Pontiac models (like the G8) and moving them to one of the core 4 brands. Let's hope this turns out to be true.

that said, my 2nd upgrade shall be a steering damper and i was thinking about an extended swingarm to keep the front down, but i dont want to affect cornering through the twistys... any opinions?

as for now i have the powerbronze eliminator on it, i mounted my gps and power wire so it stays charged, i have a full list of real carbon mods to do, but nothing performance, as it is already waaaaay too radical. i dont see the purpose of power programmers and all that stuff when the bike has 126hp already and its way too easy to get into trouble anyhow, law and accident wise, i think just mods that are for looks will be all i want.

The other day, I saw on "Pass Time", on Speed Channel, a quarter-mile drag between a Busa and a Kawasaki, and the Kawa whipped the Busa's butt, and by quite a few lengths. Probably a better rider. I don't think it was the Z1000. Looks different, but definitely a Kawa.

No, my ZZR has the same power plant as the pregen Ninja 250, but it has an aluminum frame, 3-spoke wheels, 17" tires, obviously a different fairing, and a few pounds heavier. It is sold outside of the USA, including Canada and Asia - Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand... and Japan itself.

Yes, I checked. It was indeed the ZX14 that kicked the Busa's butt.

sweet go kawi for kickin that huge and ugly (imo) busa butt!

very nice zzr i like it, alot better looking then our pre 08 versions.

why do other countries always get the better smaller displacement bikes.

i would like to get my hands on a zx2 4 cyl, just for the heck of it, i think it would be a fun lil bike to tool around on when im not riding the z.

Thought I'd finally post a pic of my bike, the lights pretty low so there's not much reflecting going on but it was now or never as I so rarely have both clean at the same time

I hope you don't mind me posting more than 1 piccie

I really hate to say this, but don't ever post pics of your Triumph where I can see them, there is so much drool on my counter it will take me a week to clean it up. That is a kickin ride. On my short list of new bikes to get, a few yrs down the road. Sat on one at a local dealer and fell in lust, I mean love. Only bad thing is I could barely touch the floor with my toes.
