Engine Drop Guide

I've searched and searched. Is there a J-series engine drop guide? I'm in limbo of rebuilding for track purposes or repurchasing. I mainly want to see every piece that I'm winding up to 90mph for peace of mind.

I really just wanna crack her open, clean her up, etc. at 10k miles shouldn't be bad. But I want to KNOW!

Thanks!
