How to on GSXR shock conversion?

I searched for at least 40 minutes, but came up empty.
OK...I have the shock and I am looking to do the swap. I am a mechanic and I have a machine shop so it should be a simple swap. I just want to get a definitive "what needs to be done and what parts are needed" before I tear the bike down.
Can anyone point me to a step by step? I just want to know exactly what I am doing before I start. As to the top shock bolt I did see mention of drilling out the sleeve, but it looks awful thin to me already. Are most people drilling out the sleeve? Any issues? BTW....this is where the bike sits now:

To anyone who might have helped me out here. Thanks anyway. (NO sarcasm intended)
I did find the info I was looking for and the swap is done. The best write up of the basics required was here:

Again...thanks to anyone who may have been inclined to help out if I didn't already find the info I was after.

I recently purchased a Matris GSXR shock for one of my builds. I was thinking it would be a shame to go to town with a drill on such a nice piece of kit so I went a different route.

You should be able to do this since you have a machine shop as well. I made aluminum sleeves in the lathe with a ~12mm od to fit the frame/linkage mounts and ~10mm id for the bolts. I then used 10mm bolts. This way there was absolutely no modification to the shock necessary in my case, bolts right in.

Im using Ti hardware, but I did the force diagrams and a regular 10mm grade 8 still had a huge safety factor.
