What is this green stuff on this tube?

I was taking apart my new bike to work on the carbs and saw this when I removed the left fairing. What tube is this, and what is this green stuff? How do I clean it?

It looks like the radiator hose has been oozing antifreeze at its clamps, causing the antifreeze to dry into a green crust.

Welcome to the board, Jacob.

Thank you! I'm glad to be here, Jim. Do I just wipe away the antifreeze and tighten the clamps?

Yes. Then ride for a while and verify no more oozing.

Also check the coolant level both in the radiator cap and the reservoir. It could be empty or very low.

coolant

I would drain the system and flush it, remove the tubes and clean them off. re-install and refill the coolant.
