Kleen Air System Removal - quick question

The front one is an overflow drain, you should leave the stock tube on it. It just runs back through the engine and dangles down near the bottom, it doesn't attach to anything at the other end.
The middle one is a vent, it should be left open, but you can get fancy and put a filter and PCV valve on it to eliminate any fuel smell that can come from just leaving it open. The rear most is just capped. This post has details and pictures!

You can also loop the 2nd & 3rd nipples together.
Make sure you've done the gas-cap vent mod as well. |

I've removed my Kleen Air and didn't go a gas cap mod. It's been running great for 4 years.

I took my kleen air system out for two days, it made my bike stink like rotten eggs, there was no increase in performance, no benefit of not having it so I put it all back in. A few people here have went as far as to remove their air box and reroute the kleen air back into their k&n Norton r-0990 to recycle the gases.
