While maybe not a well known name in street motorcycle apparel, the Fly Street Gear FL-2 full gauntlet glove packs some impressive features. Available in five color choices and sizes ranging from small to 3XL, perhaps the most notable talking point of the FL-2 is it’s price: just $99.95.

For under a C-note, the FL-2 provides a full gauntlet leather glove with hard armor on the knuckles and back of hand. The leather is vented for better airflow and kevlar stitched in the palms for better abrasion resistance. Apart from the knuckle protection, leather reinforcements are added to the palm, thumb, and side of the glove, again for protection from impact and abrasion.

The fingers are pre-curved for a better fit, while expansion gussets at the base of fingers and back of knuckles allow for max flexibility. The gauntlet and wrist closures comprise the dual-closure system and helps keep the Fl-2 on your hands when you need them most. But perhaps the neatest feature of the FL-2 glove is the touch-screen compatibility on the index fingers, allowing the use of phones, GPS, or other devices without the need to take the gloves off — pretty cool.
