Exhaust Question.

Just got my HMF Slip on and installed it but the only thing im unsure of is the clamp for the exhaust that takes some weight off of the head pipe. Heres the pic. Do both ends of the clamp go on one side of the bolt on spot to take that slack off the rubber clamp?

The rubber should contact the exhaust can all the way around for a snug fit. Remount so the clamp holes are pinched together.
