Spark Plug Part Number???

Okay, I just searched and read a few threads and nothing in regards to my question. Some guy bought a set of spark plugs for the 250R but ended not using them.

The part number is CR8EIX. Manual says CR8E. I looked up CR8EIX and it says it fits the 2008 Ninja 250R but comparing the end tip to the stock's they're different.

Different in the sense the CR8EIX has a cap barrier of some sort...picture below is just to give you an idea of what I'm up against (left is what my CR8EIX looks like & right is what a stock spark plug looks like):

So, my question is can I take off that end cap? Seems like that's the only difference.

I'm just lazy to order a new one.

Yeah, I just figured that out right now and LMAO!

I'm an idiot.

This is my first time changing spark plugs on a motorcycle but done many times on a car but never had to unscrew the cap off. LOL

Dealer sold me NGK 1275 CR8E. Has no cap. What's the difference and will it work alright? I already see that these aren't marked "Iridium" so that must be what the "I" in "IX" is for. It doesn't seem to conform to the NGK part # decoding guide:
