Winter? What Winter?

What a weekend! Went for a 25 mile ride yesterday (cloudy, 57 F, no rain) . But when I got up this morning, it was a spectacular sunny day! Went for a 60 mile Ninjette ride: clockwise around Alki, then south on I-5 to 348th, over to Dash Point Road, Redondo, and home. 57 F, lots of motorcycles, and a few convertibles. The Olympics were out in their full glory, ferries and parked ships (longshoreman strike) in the sound, and Mt. Rainier to the south was spectacular! Two of my neighbors mowed their lawns. Very spring-like!

Super mild winter here so far. Perfect snow the day after Thanksgiving: snow on the road for 3 hours, snow in the yard for 3 days. Otherwise, really lame. Took the snow tires of the last car today.

The rest of you guys having a great winter?

glad you're enjoying it. it's been cold and wet here in DC. supposed to rain/snow for the next couple days. if it gets above freezing I'll ride to work but it hasn't really been at 9am and 7pm...

2ft of snow expected for us here in the NE. It started already. So far I have about an inch. I hope it won't get too nasty.

Weather here in the Bluegrass is unseasonably warmer that usual, I've gotten some work on the bike, and been riding too.

I have a lemon growing on my lemon tree.... Its in my house, but it must feel like spring in here, right? Bet I could do donuts in the living room but the exhaust might kill the lemon.
