Hello from new Ninja owner!
Hi. I bought an ’03 EX250-F17 w/ 24k miles on it a week and a half ago for use by my daughter and me. Have only put about 50 miles on it, but it’s a blast! ! It accelerates much quicker than a 250cc 4 stroke bike ought to, especially when it gets up around 9k rpm. The ride is very stable, has neither quick nor slow steering, and rides solidly for a light bike. No problem whatsoever taking it on the freeway (although acceleration is not great in 6th gear). With a passenger, the bike wiggles a bit when the passenger squirms.
All in all, it is a lot of fun so far and has greatly exceeded my expectations. I look forward to learning about the bike, as it’s been a while since its last valve adjustment and it could use a new chain/sprocket set. I also look forward to exploring the forum.
