Need help connecting a vacuum hose

I'm looking for some help from the Ninjette gurus to identify where the thicker hose below connects to on the other end. It connects to the top front of the carburetor (near the throttle cable) on a 2008 Ninja 250R, but I can't figure out where the other end connects. It's about 6"-12" long or so.

Can anyone here help me identify where it goes? The bike doesn't seem to run right unless I put my finger over the end of the hose.

I had the carb out to clean it, but I forgot to where this last hose connects. Thanks in advance for your help!

If I cover the end of the hose, the bike runs fine with choke on or off. If I don't cover it, the bike idles low when the choke is on and stalls when I pull the choke off.

Hi,

The hose what you mean, is not connect to anywhere.

Breather/overflow hose. Stick the loose end between the air box and battery box.

There's probably some other problem that is causing this. Maybe another loose vacuum hose.

That's just the catheter to eliminate the need for stops on cross-country rides.

Now that would be a win Reddit style.
