parting out a crashed 1998 250 in MA

I picked this up 2 weeks ago and have torn it down, and thrown away / scrapped anything that was damaged ( frame, forks, triple tree, radiator, front wheel, etc. ). That being said, if you are looking for something, PM me and I'll let you know if I have it. Not pictured, but available are the tank - minor dents, and both side panels, a tab missing on each.

Engine and locks are sold. Many parts are still available. Just ask, I'll let you know if I have it.

The lock set of 4 has already been sold. What do you mean by "wafers"?

Kawasaki locks use stamped brass wafers instead of cylindrical pins in the lock cylinder. At some point I want to get a spare ignition lock to disassemble in order to do a writeup on it like I did the other locks.

I'll check on the rear brake rearset. I might have one available ( I might need it for my bike, but I'll confirm ). I don't have a straight handle bar at the moment.
