The undertail is looking good. Just needs to be wrapped in CF before I release any pictures per Bram's request.

Looking at a possible late January. Depends on if we outsource the Muffler to Korea for manufacture.

Its an eventual possibility but not a priority right now. Unlike Akra, yoshi, and other companies who make exhaust for other bikes we relie solely on the 250 market it is better to stick to one design and one make for the time being since we don't have sales from other bike styles to float the small scale ninja market.

So we dyno'd the exhaust with mixed results. We are looking for a stock bike to test it on rather than the race bike that we used since it is built for a different setup. This should yield better results and help in the final tweaking. We lost 1hp on the bike overall (from the high of 33.4hp) but at the same time improved the fuel mileage since we went from a 108 main jet to a 98 with a pod filter it is a decent compromise but still want to tweak for the best of both worlds. I'll keep you all updated.

Looks like someone is ripping off the paint scheme from the cyclone kit (or at least the pic on the main page of the site)

I have had an eye on these fairings since they first appeared - My main concern is the fit.

They come with all the plastic pieces....would be nice if you only had a frame and nothing else, but how many of thost pieces do we really need anyways.....and from the pics it looks like they are cheaply made....or cheaply painted

Those are motogp rip off schemes. JG they are race fairings and are intended for that purpose. They are streetable with modification. They line up preetty easily after figuring it out. I had to add a ureathane spacer on each side for the lower mounts. I also had to cut some out on the kickstand side so the stand wouldn't press the body work against the chain. And as with any hand laid fiberglass product there is always a slight variation between kits they are never exactly 100% spot on but come very close.
I literally bought the second kit ever made. I'm happy with it. And now that the fiber glass guys have about 2 dozen of these bad boys under their belt their quality (which was really good to begin with) and fitment is better than mine is.

I charged Jean what I had to pay for it. If more are to be produced I have to raise the cost a little. APX cost for sportisi set up with CF piece is going to be $275 Shipped.

No pics until it has been wrapped in CF. The adjusted prototype will be tested today or tomorrow.

OK time to choose. We either have to go with a design for low to mid range power or top end power. Just like with our other exhausts the VR6 is better for low to mid the VR is better on the top. I am waiting on the dyno sheets. The VRX is going to get you better mileage than other full systems either way and still make great hp numbers. But I need some input.

The correct answer is top end power.

I see both being good. But I still want to see the dyno sheets. Our other exhausts are super close overall. If both dynos are close its gonna be a coin flip.
