I did like your video, as well as your riding.
Nothing particularly incorrect for easy riding around town.

Maybe the acceleration and speed was a little excessive for between lines of parked cars; hence, the need to practice emergency stopping and swerving, as well as modulate your speed according to conditions.

The shifting of gears seems a little insufficient, as you are forcing the engine to torque and accelerate from too low rate of rpm's.
The engine can take it, but if it becomes a habit, sometime you may need emergency acceleration while the transmission is engaged in a gear that is too high and weak in delivering torque (example, a car approaching too fast from behind while stopped at a stop sign).
The downshifting needs improvement, as explained in your previous thread, due to two reasons: to stay in the proper gear at all times, in case you need it and to release unnecessary stress from the transmission and clutch.

Any police officer may give you a ticket for riding with your visor up (unless you wear glasses) and for not coming to a full stop, including foot down, at stop signs.

Those links are just suggestions about techniques and riding skills that, after being learned and practiced regularly, will make you safer on the roads and smoother and faster on the tracks.

Please, don't feel bad or overwhelmed, we all have been at your point of development.
Nevertheless, we all have improved (and still are) with time and practice.

When turning right onto a street with a parked vehicle (large truck) on that corner, stay wide in your lane to make yourself more visible. ie. don't sneak out from behind cars.

The spit was a nice touch.... I must ask though... how do you spit in a full face helmet? lol

Yeah, it was the same exact course as the BRC. I took the BRC 10 years ago and the drills in the BRC2 were pretty much identical. Not worth it....especially if you just took the BRC and all those drills are still fresh in your head. Just go to an empty parking lot and practice them yourself.
